1. Select your phone and fill in the form
First you need to select the original provider of your phone. Then select the brand and exact model of the device you wish to unlock. Lastly fill in the 15 digit IMEI number of your mobile phone (Dial *#06# and the IMEI number will appear on the screen) and specify an email where you wish to receive the unlock code.
3. Enter the code into your phone
After you receive the email with the unlock code, simply follow the step-by-step instructions to insert unlock code. After you insert the unlock code your phone will be fully unlocked to use with any GSM sim card. If your phone is not unlocked successfully you get your money back!
2. We email you the unlock code
Once your unlock code is generated successfully, you will receive an email notification with the unlock code and step-by-step instructions to unlock your device. The delivery time may vary depending on the brand of the phone. Delivery time can be seen on the homepage.
